VeritaAssure™ is the all-in-one compliance platform for clinical laboratories. Performance verification, inspection readiness, PT, competency tracking.
VeritaAssure™ is all-in-one laboratory compliance software from Veritas Lab Services, LLC: performance verification, inspection readiness, proficiency testing, competency assessment, policy and document control, personnel records, certificate tracking, daily quality control, and post-survey deficiency response in one browser-based platform. It is built by a former Joint Commission laboratory surveyor with more than 200 facility inspections, for CLIA-certified laboratories accredited by The Joint Commission, the College of American Pathologists, or COLA, and for CLIA-only laboratories. No desktop install, and no protected health information is stored.
The laboratory compliance platform is eighteen modules in two streams. The twelve compliance modules are VeritaCheck™ (performance verification studies with CFR-cited PDF reports), VeritaMap™ (the test-menu regulatory map), VeritaScan™ (self-inspection readiness across 173 items in 10 domains), VeritaComp™ (competency assessment on the CLIA six-element timeline), VeritaDC™ (policy and document control), VeritaStaff™ (personnel roster and CMS 209), VeritaLab™ (certificate and accreditation tracking), VeritaPT™ (proficiency testing tracking), VeritaTrack™ (the regulatory compliance calendar), VeritaQC™ (daily quality control against Westgard multi-rules), VeritaResponse™ (plan-of-correction tracking), and VeritaMaintain™ (equipment maintenance). Six operations modules cover laboratory productivity, staffing, quality metrics, inventory, and cost per reportable test. The modules share data, so the test menu drives performance verification, competency assignment, and proficiency testing checks in one place.
